Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert to identify new project opportunities and build initial connections with key decision-makers. Using Barbour-ABI.com and our Pipedrive CRM database, you will play a critical role in identifying projects, establishing contact with the right individuals, and determining if there is a requirement. Qualified leads will then be passed on to a Business Development Manager (BDM) for further follow-up.
Responsibilities included:
- ● Sourcing Leads: Research and identify potential projects and companies using Barbour-ABI.com and our existing Pipedrive CRM database.
- ● Contact Initiation: Open conversations with prospective clients to identify key contacts and decision-makers within organisations.
- ● Qualifying Opportunities: Establish whether there is a requirement for our products or services through initial discussions.
- ● CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, updates, and progress in the Pipedrive CRM system.
- ● Collaboration: Work closely with the BDM team, ensuring qualified opportunities are handed over seamlessly.
- ● Market Insights: Gather and report back on trends, competitor activity, and feedback from potential clients to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- ● Experience in industries such as construction, civil engineering, or industrial materials.
- ● Knowledge of geosynthetics, geotextiles, or related products (training will be provided).
- ● Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- ● Familiarity with data and CRM Syatems/ Pipedrive is an advantage, Barbour-ABI.com training will be given.
- ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- ● Ability to build rapport with a wide range of individuals, from administrative staff to senior decision-makers.
- ● Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
- ● Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
