Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented CRM Data Specialist to manage and update our CRM system. The role involves cleaning, organising, and updating customer records to ensure our CRM reflects accurate and current information based on our established target customer profile.
This is a back-office role that does not involve direct interaction with customers. It requires strong research skills to gather and verify data online and the ability to work independently with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- ● CRM Data Update: Review existing CRM records to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- ● Data Cleaning: Identify and remove outdated or irrelevant records from the CRM database.
- ● Online Research: Use online resources to gather and verify customer information, ensuring compliance with the TCP process.
- ● Record Maintenance: Organise and categorise customer records to align with the company’s CRM structure.
- ● Documentation: Maintain logs of updates and provide progress reports to the company as required.
Qualifications
- ● CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools (HubSpot).
- ● Research Skills: Strong online research capabilities to source accurate and reliable information.
- ● Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy and completeness when updating records.
- ● Organisational Skills: Ability to manage large volumes of data and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- ● Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Excel and other data organization tools is preferred.
- ● Previous experience in data management or CRM administration.
