Job Description
The Estimator we are looking for will be responsible for accurately preparing and delivering estimates and cost plans for wall & ceiling projects.
Other responsibilities:
- ● Scan plans and engineering design report of projects and conduct wall and ceiling take offs
- ● Prepare detailed and itemized take off lists to be used by Sales team, Clients, Procurement and Operations
- ● Generate bills of quantities based on product lengths and available inventory
- ● Identify cost-saving opportunity and value engineering solutions and discuss it with Sales, engineering and operation team where needed
- ● Supply data for forecasting and provide feedback
- ● Complete and detailed project costings
- ● Interpret plans, regulations and codes of practice
